Last week we were briefly talking about our fantastic, creative research and development team and how they are a cornerstone to our continued success. This week I would like to take the opportunity to talk about one of our other secrets – Investing in your employees. As a company, Compu-Signage truly lives and breathes the notion of investing and empowering your employees.
Everybody gets the opportunity to share in the fun and the laughter, and of course to learn some new, handy skills. Our graphic designer and receptionist can spray paint and air brush. The team of installers are proficient at not just installing signage – but also at soldering and setting up the electronic circuit boards used in our provisionally patented LED solutions. Even our sales team and management can work with polystyrene and aren’t afraid to jump in and help out when the deadlines are knocking.
This creates a close-knit team, dedicated to making each and every project succeed. Everybody had a hand in the project. Everybody takes responsibility and ownership. And yes… at the end of the day everybody celebrates another job well done! Now that is a happy, successful way to investing in your employees.
